Middle School Art 7th & 8th Grade
This year we will be concentrating on 3-D art work. The students will be exposed to different mediums such as clay, paper building, paper mache, wire, and mosaic work. The 7th grade is currently finishing up a sewing lesson for their Marionette Puppets, and will move onto a name design before Christmas.
The 8th has been working on Henri Rousseau and making paper mache jungle animals. We have put that lesson on hold, Mrs. Fenn and I are collaborating her Latin class with 8th grade art. The students are working on a group project; they are creating a Trojan horse with a compartment inside.
