Take left out of TMS driveway, go to first light take a left onto Old Farm's Road. Travel a mile or so and take right onto Hopbrook Road. At first stop sign take right onto Great Pond. Travel approximately 1 mile, take left onto Plank Hill, straight through stop sign, Memorial Field will be approximately 1/2 mile on left. Baseball field is up the hill on the right.
