Student Ministries
Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." Mark 12:28-31
Here at TMS we seek to embody the law of love described in Scripture, to love God and our neighbor. The quality and maturity of that love grows as we carry out our lives in the context of God-honoring relationships. Consequently, relationships lie at the heart of our Bible curriculum, service program, chapels, and all our other spiritually forming activities. We incorporate these things into our school’s schedule in order to create spaces for students to build relationships that lead to spiritual transformation and Christ-likeness. The Student Ministries Department consists of our Chaplain, Women’s Chaplain, and Bible Teachers.
