Michelle Davis » Bio

Michelle Davis is our Middle School ELA teacher. She earned her undergraduate music degree from The New England Conservatory and her masters in secondary English from the University of St. Joseph’s. Michelle has taught English, music and art part-time for many years, but this is her first full-time teaching job.

Michelle considers herself a life-long student. Teaching as a profession allows Michelle to be in a school environment and work with students. She enjoys teaching them as well as learning from them. Michelle has a passion for students in Middle School, as it is such an important time on their path to adulthood. To be able to incorporate prayer and scripture into her teaching, allows her to nurture the whole person, which is not possible at other schools.

Michelle enjoys reading, playing her flute and piccolo in The West Hartford Symphony, directing the children’s choir at her church, visiting her college aged children, and visiting historical sights. She also owns a huge Greater Swiss Mountain Dog named Éclair because she has the same colors as the French dessert.
