Greta Blanchard » Bio


Greta is our grade 5 teacher and has 31 years of teaching experience between The Master's School and her teaching in Salisbury, MA. Greta received her Bachelor's degree in Science, with a minor in psychology and philosophy from Gordon College. Additionally, she is a Certified Life Coach through Erickson College in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.


Greta teaches our grade 5 students writing, reading, social studies, and Bible. Greta decided to become a teacher because she loves to learn and she enjoys bringing the excitement of learning to her students. She chose to teach at The Master's School because of the God-affirming environment, the beautiful setting, and her creative, like-minded colleagues.


Greta grew up in Detriot, Michigan with her two siblings and her parents, who inspired her Christian faith. Currently, she lives in Unionville, CT and she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys volunteering, reading, gardening, photography, and embarking on adventures with her family and friends.


A fun fact about Greta is that her lifelong dream is to go to Norway and during the summer of 2017, this dream came true.
