Lauren Fallas » Bio

Lauren is a Middle School English and Bible teacher at The Middle School. She attended the University of New Haven where she earned her B.A. in English, and furthered her education at Fairfield University obtaining an M.F.A. in Creative Writing. Lauren previously taught students grade K-12 for 3 years in the Greater Hartford Area before coming to The Master’s School. She also directs her own bi-lingual international writing program, which serves at-risk individuals and those coming out of human trafficking. Lauren decided to become a teacher due to her sense of calling and genuine love for children. She chose to be a teacher at The Master's School because she wanted to be a part of an environment that fosters faith and raises up the next generation of leaders for God’s glory.

Lauren loves outdoor activities, being a mother, missions opportunities, service work and creative writing. A fun fact about Lauren is that she attended The Master's School when it was run at the Covenant Presbyterian Church and she has worked alongside Paul Thibodeau creating the drains that still exist at the school today.
