Grade 8 Poetry Selected for Publication
Congratulations to Grade 8! Their poems have been selected for publication in a national poetry contest! During the poetry unit in grade 8 English, students learned to produce poems that held deep meaning by thinking abstractly and using a variety of literary writing tools. Their hard work paid off! In addition to publication, as finalists, each of their poems will now be entered into a final round of judging, with results still to be announced.

The Master’s School is an independent, college-preparatory, non-denominational Christian day school enrolling children in preschool through post-graduate in West Simsbury, CT.
