Lions Fight Hard

Heather McIlroy
Master’s went down early to Wooster JV giving up a goal in the first several minutes of the game but answered quickly with a goal of their own. This back-and-forth goal scoring was the theme of the first half with a score of 3 – 3 at the half. The second half started in largely the same fashion, but Master’s dug deep to put away the go ahead goal late in the last 7 minutes of play which gave Master’s the win. This was an excellent display of Master’s grit playing catch up for most of the game and technical skill which was the key to finally put Wooster JV away.
