After a disappointing loss Thursday to Central the Lions were eager for another chance to get out and establish themselves for the 2026 season. That oppurtunity came quickly with Emmanuel visiting immediately after the long weekend. Master's opened the scoring early with a 6th minute goal from stiker Luke Boucher off a cross from Dom Bergantino. TMS widened their lead ten minutes later, as Captain Will Frey found winger Patty Marcolesco on a beautiful through-pass from behind midfield. Patty took one touch and buried a shot in the near corner. The visitors responded nearly instantly, catching TMS on their heals and keeping the score within one.
The match would hold at that score until well into the second half, when Man of the Match Will Frey
knocked in the deciding goal off a pass from Patty Marcolesco. Emmanuel would manage a consolation goal in the waning minutes but Frey's goal was the nail in the coffin. Will's energy and competetiveness secured the team their first win.
